Member Services Specialist - Posted 3/7/2018
North Hills Country Club, a private golf and social club located in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a team player to engage and communicate with the Club’s membership base.  An organizer that loves people, has excellent computer skills, and is detail oriented will be a great fit!  This fast-paced position will work closely with office staff, Club management and Board Members. 
General job responsibilities:
  • Attending to overall inquiries from Club members
  • Coordinating membership campaigns and reports
  • Supporting documentation for Board and Committee meetings
  • Implementing new member onboarding and coordinating member retention efforts
  • Entering account payable invoices
  • Assisting in daily administrative tasks such as phone reception, taking reservations, general reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree desired, High School Diploma required.  Scheduled hours include:  Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.  Flexibility with hours will be required for large events at the Club throughout the season.  Check us out at www.nhccwi.com!
